Add download badges to README

Adds NPM, PyPI, and NuGet download badges to the main README, each linked to their respective package registry pages.

Changes

• Added three shields.io download badges after the header image
• Each badge links to the corresponding package page:
  • NPM → https://www.npmjs.com/package/@github/copilot-sdk
  • PyPI → https://pypi.org/project/github-copilot-sdk/
  • NuGet → https://www.nuget.org/packages/GitHub.Copilot.Sdk
