Trimmer.js crashes at IfStatements

If the consequent node of an IfStatement is null, the trimmer crashes.

Example (in case only line 1 is included in the slice and line 2 should be excluded):

if (x>0)
    x++;

Solution: Include an empty BlockStatement

if (x>0) {
}
