[SF_ACC][ObjectPage]: The ObjectPageSection is not supposed to be focusable

Describe the bug

The ObjectPageSection should not receive the focus when press Tab key on a navigation tab.

Reproduction steps

1. open https://ui5.github.io/webcomponents-react/v2/?path=/docs/layouts-floorplans-objectpage--docs#objectpagesection-with-hidden-titletext-and-custom-header
2. focus the first tab named 'Goals'
3. press Tab key
4. the ObjectPageSection is receiving focus

Expected Behaviour

The first interactive element in the ObjectPageSection is supposed to be focused.

There is an open discussion regarding this behavior. Once the intended behavior is decided and the designs are finalized, we will update our implementation. Until then, we will follow the currently applicable specs to prevent discrepancies between the SAPUI5 ObjectPageLayout and UI5WCR ObjectPage.
